Rules and Regulations

  1. For all the events the decision taken by the respective judges shall be final and binding to all the participants.We take utmost care in ensuring that the judges are unbiased and fair to all.
  2. In event of any untoward incident (damaging, stealing institute’s property etc) or misbehavior of any kind, Techkriti team reserves the right to take any punitive action as deemed necessary, even to the extent of confiscating the security deposit and registration fees , cancelling the participation of the concerned college, escorting them off the campus and sending a report of misconduct to the head of the concerned institution.
  3. Smoking and drinking is strictly prohibited inside the campus.
  4. If any participant is caught with alcohols/cigarettes by the security cell in the campus, their goods would be confiscated and the person would be heavily penalized (up to Rs.1000).
  5. You will be issued a Techkriti Hospitality booklet/I-Card when you reach IITK campus. You are advised to keep this booklet/I-Card along with your institute I-Card with you at all times during the four days of the festival. Without your institute I-Card your Techkriti Hospitality Booklet/I-Card will be considered invalid.
  6. You are provided with a list of important phone numbers of all the coordinators.
  7. In case of emergency feel free to contact any of the concerned coordinator.
  8. Keep the campus neat and clean, use dustbins to throw wastes.
  9. Please maintain silence at night especially if you are allotted an accommodation in residential areas.
  10. In case you are given a key and you lose it, you will have to pay a fine of Rs.100.
  11. Each participant is self responsible for the security of his/her belongings.
  12. If Booklet of any participant is lost, new Booklet/I-Card can be obtained by paying a fine of Rs.200.
  13. The Prize Money declared is tentative and subject to change without any prior notice.
